The ALCONTROL is a robust and easy-to-use unmanned breathalyser designed for operator-free breath testing in any environment. It can be wall-mounted and activated as a voluntary testing station, allowing employees to check their breath alcohol levels before entering the workplace. In this mode, anyone can simply walk up, test themselves, and ensure they are alcohol-free.
For more controlled access, the ALCONTROL can be integrated with entrance systems, such as turnstile gates. In this setup, employees or visitors will only be granted entry after blowing a negative alcohol sample. If a positive sample is detected, the gate remains locked. For added safety, a siren and beacon light can be installed to alert others when a positive result occurs.
In its advanced configuration, the ALCONTROL can be equipped with a camera that captures photos of each person using the breathalyser or only when a positive result is recorded. These images can be stored in the device’s internal memory and accessed via Wi-Fi or sent directly to a company server over a LAN connection.
The ALCONTROL is designed with easy maintenance in mind. For wall-mounted units, calibration concerns are minimized as the front cover can be easily removed by a company technician and replaced with a pre-calibrated unit, avoiding downtime and expensive service calls. Calibration is required just once per year, regardless of usage volume.
