SABRE RESELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reseller Registration and Pricing
Sabre offers reseller pricing exclusively to registered resellers. All pricing displayed on the Sabre Security Mart online store reflects trade pricing. Additional discounts may be available based on reseller status.
To qualify for reseller pricing, resellers must have a valid reseller registration form on file, which must not be older than two years. Failure to provide an up-to-date registration form may result in the loss of reseller pricing privileges.
2. Device Setup Assistance
Sabre provides complimentary in-office assistance for resellers setting up devices, provided that the reseller actively participates in the setup process under Sabre's guidance. This ensures that resellers gain the necessary skills for future configurations.
If a reseller requires assistance with similar devices on multiple occasions, Sabre reserves the right to charge an hourly labour fee for the second and all subsequent setups. For on-site assistance, a discounted rate will be applied to the call-out and labour charges, but a call-out fee will still be applicable. Invoicing for on-site support will be based on the signed service document completed at the site.
3. Ordering and Account Terms
· Resellers with an account must submit a purchase order before stock can be released on account.
· Sabre accounts are available upon request but are subject to credit approval. Credit limits may be adjusted or revoked if payments are not made on time.
· Resellers with a Cash on Delivery (COD) account must make full payment before any stock can be released.
4. Software Sales and Client Management
· When a reseller acquires a software client, Sabre will invoice the reseller directly unless alternative arrangements are made.
· Clients purchasing Sabre software through a reseller must complete a "Sabre Reseller Service Application Form" before their license can be activated.
· While Sabre provides direct software support to end clients unless requested otherwise, pricing for hardware and software will not be disclosed to the end client. Any client inquiries regarding pricing will be directed back to the reseller for quotation.
5. Subcontractor Opportunities
Registered resellers may apply to become subcontractors. As a subcontractor, the reseller may be engaged by Sabre for installations and service calls, subject to separate terms and agreements.
6. White Label Services
Sabre provides resellers with a complimentary white-label service for all software offerings. This includes:
· Custom branding with the reseller’s logo on the login screen.
· Customization of the "Help" and "About" sections with the reseller’s contact details, email address, and website reference.
In this arrangement, the reseller is considered the client, and the end user is treated as the reseller’s client. Sabre will provide support exclusively to the reseller and will only engage with the end user at the reseller’s request. Reseller discounts apply accordingly.
By engaging with Sabre as a registered reseller, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of reseller privileges.
