Optional Coin Counter for Multi Coin Collector CPU

The Multi Coin Collector CPU is a robust, secure control unit designed for coin-operated systems. Engineered for applications such as turnstile access, arcade machines, and vending systems, this unit accurately monitors coins passing through a multi-coin collector and counts them using an advanced debounce mechanism. Once a preset “Rand Value” threshold is reached—configured at the factory (e.g., a minimum of R3)—the CPU triggers a relay (normally open or normally closed as specified) to release access. No operator adjustments are permitted, ensuring the system remains tamper‑proof.

Key features include a persistent total coin counter stored in non‑volatile memory (EEPROM), which automatically updates every 10 seconds so that the count is preserved even after power loss. A real‑time 128×64 I2C OLED display shows the running total labeled “Total Rands:” along with the branding “www.SabreProducts.com.” All critical operational settings—such as relay trigger thresholds, activation timing, debounce delay, and EEPROM update intervals—are hard‑set by the manufacturer to guarantee consistent performance and security.

This integrated solution combines precise coin detection, reliable relay control, and secure persistent storage into one compact, ready-to-install unit, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of coin-operated applications.
