The Sabre Cloud Software operates from our dedicated Sabre Cloud server, where data from connected Cloud devices is automatically transmitted to the database in one direction only. Management users who require access to the Sabre Cloud web interface will be provided with unique usernames and passwords.
This setup ensures that your management team can access the Sabre Cloud web interface seamlessly. All that is needed is secure connectivity between the devices and the web interface. The process is fully automated, and once you power up the device and connect it to your network, it will be fully operational (assuming the server settings have been preconfigured). The Sabre Cloud Software is user-friendly, allowing for easy addition of new employees and fingerprint uploads. Once the data is added, it is automatically synchronized with the selected devices.
Clocking data is continuously updated, and reports can be generated in either Excel (XL) or PDF format via the web interface on any device, including PC, tablet, or mobile phone. Most users prefer Excel due to its flexibility, as it allows for easy adjustments to reports. You also have the option to convert the Excel reports to PDF if needed.

You have the flexibility to select an affordable Software as a Service (SAAS) solution on an annual fee, covering software licensing, all upgrades, updates, unlimited biometric devices, cell phones, and locations, along with remote desktop support.
For the SAAS option, clients have the opportunity to spread the annual fee over 12 equal interest-free installments.
Some clients want this product as an outright purchase where we negociate a term period for a fixed cost like 3 or 5 years. Benifits are securing no increase in service fees.
If you opt for this option, ongoing support after the agreed period will be available exclusively through a Sabre Service Plan (SAAS - Software As a Service).
